Shop Policies

Delivery

All of our products are handmade by the people we support. As such, they may run out of stock from time to time. If the item you purchased is in stock, orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and shipped out either with Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery or UPS. If by any chance your item is no longer in stock after ordering, your items may take up to 21 days for delivery. Please contact us if you would like to discuss your order further.

We charge £4.95 for delivery.

Refunds & exchanges

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty items

In the unlikely event of the product(s) arriving damaged or faulty please contact us via email at thepottery@westhouse.org.uk with your order number and proof of the damage or fault.

Once we receive this, we will send you a replacement item.
